Petroleum Procurement
Vendis provides secure access to refined petroleum products through two national refineries operating under strict compliance and fully verified procedures.

Our process is simple and impossible for scammers:
no upfront payments, no fake allocations, no document chasing.
Every transaction begins with a table-top meeting at the refinery, where all product documents, certifications and availability are shown physically by refinery officials.

Before scheduling the meeting, buyers must show basic legitimacy:
CIS from direct buyer or official mandate, and a recent bank statement.
We do not move forward without real purchasing capacity. Maintaining access to these sellers requires us to filter out any buyer who is not fully qualified.

At the refinery, the buyer verifies everything on-site and signs the Commercial Invoice directly with the refinery team, a clean, transparent and secure start to the transaction.

We supply EN590, Jet A1, D6, and other refined petroleum products under FOB or CIF terms, delivered through recognized ports and terminals.
Copper Procurement
Vendis operates with a verified and government-authorized copper supplier whose documentation, export rights, and historic sales, including over 85% of production delivered to China, have been fully reviewed by our team.
We only work with real manufacturers, not intermediaries.
To protect buyers, no funds are required at any stage before physical verification.
The process is clear:
we sign the SPA and compliance documents first, then issue the Letter of Invitation needed for visa approval. Once visas are granted, the buyer travels to the Democratic Republic of Congo to visit the manufacturing site in person.

Since copper cathodes are produced only after confirmed orders, the buyer will not see their own batch during the visit, but they will verify the facility, the operations, and existing cathodes produced for previous clients. All official documents can also be reviewed onsite if requested.
This approach ensures maximum transparency, legal certainty, and zero-risk engagement for serious buyers.
